What I'm doing
I have spent several thousands of dollars over the years to get a handle on and finally lose the weight and keep it off. I have decided I didn't want to pay anyone to help me anymore. I got my hands on some Weight Watchers books about their program. I know how many points I need to lose. I am going to follow their program in conjunction with Dr Judith Beck's book The Beck Diet Solution. This book is a program which helps to train your brain to think differently about food. Whenever I feel stressed or like I need to eat I am going to come to this computer and type. Thank you.
